Terms and Conditions
General
The sales terms bellow described apply to purchases made via online shop www.stvac.com and it’s subdomains.
STVAC.com online shop is a property of the hereby designated as the “Seller” STV – Equipamentos para a Indústria e Laboratórios, a privately held company started in 1997.
The company is registered at the Vila Franca de Xira Comercial Registration Office (C.R.C). located in Portugal, under the No 3876/19970617 and TAX No PT503984345.
It´s headquarters is located at Fornos de Cima, Calhandiz, 2615-641 Alverca do Ribatejo, Portugal.
As used herein, “Seller” means STV – Equipamentos para a Indústria e Laboratórios, Lda. “Buyer” means the entity purchasing the Products or Services from Seller. “Products” as used herein includes any equipment, machine, part, accessory, system, item and/or service sold by Seller to Buyer.
By submitting and order through this online shop, the buyer is accepting the seller’s terms and conditions.
The seller cannot guarantee that the online shop’s content is free from imprecisions and typos nor that all information is permanently up to date. The seller has the right to change the online shop’s content at any moment without any prior notice and to decline any order. The order shall remain pending until an order acknowledgement is issued by the seller.
Territory
www.stvac.com online shop operates only in the Eurozone. The buyer is responsible for the good use of the products and shall not export such products to any countries suffering from any embargoes by the local governments and the EU. The seller shall not be held responsible for any infringement by the buyer of such policies.
Prices and payments
Payment shall be done in advanced using the payment methods available on the website: wire transfer or paypal.
Other payment and supply terms are possible upon prior agreement between both parties. Please contact the Seller for further information.
All prices are available on the website, except for custom made products. All prices shown are in Euros and exclude any regional taxes that may apply. Regional taxes shall be paid locally by the Buyer.
Upon request the Buyer may submit to the Seller a tax exemption certificate to which the Seller shall give effect if acceptable to the taxing authorities
The total amount to pay is always calculated based on the price shown on the date of the order submission, unless you have received a special offer stating otherwise.
Shipment and Delivery Terms
Our delivery terms are CIP.
For every order over 300,00 EUR net, handling, packaging and transport will be free from charge.
For every other order, to cover handling, packaging and transport expenses an extra charge of 30 EUROS net will be charged (15 EUROS for Portugal).
Delivery Time
The delivery date shown is merely a forecast based on our stock´s availability.
Shipment dates are approximate and are subject to current availability, priority and scheduling requirements, changes in production schedules, export or other license requirements and governmental orders or directives.
Seller shall not be liable for unavoidable delays in delivery which are caused indirectly or directly or in any manner by fires, flood, accidents, riots, acts of God, war, governmental interference, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, shortage of labour, fuel power, materials or supplies, transportation delays, or any other cause beyond its control or which it cannot remedy without economic hardship
Warranties
The warranty period is one year, for a warranty claim the part must be shipped to the Seller for analysis. Mis usage, wear or abusive use imply the loss of warranty.
Return policy
STV does not accept returns previous without a written acceptance for returning the goods.
In order to obtain a RMA number the Buyer must contact STV via email or letter explaining the reason for the return of the goods. The Seller will reply via email or letter whether the return is possible or not and inform the customer of any costs involving the return.
All returns done without and RMA shall be declined. The Buyer will be responsible for any costs involved in the return of the goods.
All parts which have been used cannot be returned.
If the package or manuals are not in perfect conditions return is not possible.
Parts made specifically upon Buyer’s request cannot be returned.
Other sales terms and conditions
Any terms or conditions provided by Buyer which add to, vary from, or conflict with these Terms and Conditions of Sale are hereby expressly objected to and rejected.
